Tim Chester is the author of Revelation For You, a volume in the “God’s Word For You” series that is produced by The Good Book Company. I am a big fan of this particular series, and I was really excited to get my hands on this volume for a few reasons/5(7). The book opens with a pretty big claim: what you're about to read is the revelation of Jesus Christ. So, yeah. Start paying attention. It was all revealed to a man named John. God sent an angel to him to tell him all this and he wrote it all down .

The Revelation of Jesus Christ is a book of prophecy on the end times and comprises the final book of the New Testament and of the Bible. Written in Greek, the word for Revelation is Ἀποκάλυψις or tion always implies the unveiling of something previously hidden, in this case, future events. The Book of Life contains the names of those who have been spiritually converted and who have dedicated their lives to the service of God. Like other servants of God, Moses understood that his name was already written in the Book of Life (Exodus ).Jesus said that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the prophets will be in the Kingdom of God, so their names are certainly in the Book .
